Utah Geothermal Network

The Utah Geothermal Network (UGeN) is a collaborative community built to connect people, projects, and ideas across Utah’s growing geothermal landscape. Inspired by the Utah Geothermal Working Group (active from 2004 to 2009), we carry forward the tradition of open, recurring gatherings where members share technical insights, project updates, and research findings on every aspect of geothermal resources. Our mission is to create a welcoming, non-competitive space for knowledge exchange that advances research, education, and real-world opportunities in geothermal energy. UGeN fosters collaboration and sparks new possibilities for geothermal development in Utah by bringing together researchers, professionals, students, and community stakeholders. Membership is free and open to anyone interested in Utah’s geothermal resources.
