Objectives
- Identify the technical transmission needs for
each selected zone
- Figure transmission costs of zones to interconnect
- Breakdown of cost per mile by kV (DC & AC)
- Consider low, med, and high renewable energy development scenarios
- Use WREZ for preliminary screening
