The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law as of February 17, 2009.

Portions of the ARRA energy funds will be directly administered by the Utah State Energy Program which will be receiving these funds via the State Energy Program Formula Grant and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant.

Both grants are federally administered by the Department of Energy (DOE).

Receive Updates

Individuals, local governments, cities, and counties can email energyrecovery@utah.gov to receive updates and announcements on ARRA funding and ENERGY STAR rebates.

For those interested in Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants, email EECBGprogram@utah.gov to receive updates and announcements.

For those interested in the State Energy Program Formula Grant, email recoveryrfp@utah.gov if you have any questions regarding the projects, applications, or the grant program itself.

Energy Outreach, Education and Marketing Campaigns
USEP has issued a Request for Grant Applications (RGA) for those interested in providing Energy Outreach, Education and/or Marketing Campaigns.

To submit an application, please go to www.bidsync.com, register for free, use commodity code 910-16, and access RGA number AR10022 (use as Bid Number in their Bid Search feature).

Energy Efficiency Education and Consultation for Industry
USEP has issued a Request for Grant Applications (RGA) for those interested in providing Energy Efficiency Education and Consultation for Industry.

Anyone interested in submitting an application should go to www.bidsync.com. There is no cost for registration. The RGA access number is AR10020 (use as Bid Number in their Bid Search feature). When registering, register with the commodity code 910-16.
